The drilling division of ExxonMobil was very satisfied with the way the teambuilding was customised to suit their detailed safety requirements. Immediately after, Dr Maria was engaged to go to the Oil Rig (Deep Driller 3)  in Terengganu to become a Safety Behavioural Consultant.  It was an 8 month project. , 2 weeks hitch every time. Focused on mindset and behavioural changes . Studied trend in non adherence to safety rules and developed mini training packages to be used during safety meetings. Conducted surveys and studies and gave recommendations for improvement.
