This program was conducted for 20 managers over one year. It covered about 12 managerial acumen. This holistic program started with profiling of the managers on both personality as well as 13 managerial competencies. They had to complete assignments and there were also coaching from time to time.

This was a six month intensive and dedicated program for 6 Customer Service Personnel of Alliance Laundry Systems in Thailand. Entire program was conducted online. The full delivery of the program was done via Zoom. It comprised of profiling of the participants, training, coaching, role play, assessment and also obtaining feedback from their customers on their performance. On the 8th of July, the OXCEL (UK) Certificates were given away in person in Thailand

Online Leads Generation and Conversion Program

The Online Leads Generation and Conversion Program is a HRD Corp Penjana Program. 2 batches were conducted, the first was in Perak for 25 participants and the second in KL, for another 25 participants.

Three programs were approved. They are Big Data Analytics, Online Leads Generation and Conversion, and Kirpatrick Four Levels Evaluation. About 100 pax were trained on these programs.

SME Development program called BLEAP – Business Leadership and Entrepreneeurship Acceleration Program was a 6 day residential program in Leeds, UK. The program was conducted in York University, UK. 15 CEOs and SME owners participated in this program.


Project awarded by Talent Corp.

We trained 50 students on Plant Turnaround and placed them as well. This 3 month long program was conducted in 2 batches.


Project awarded by MyWinAcademy

MyWinAcademy under the Prime Minister’s Department. 300 women form all over Malaysia were trained and coached over a duration of 6 months and 4 touchpoints. They were trained on two tracks – Social Leadership and Entrepreneurship.


Project awarded by ExxonMobil

Safety behavioral consultancy in off shore for a year. Focused on mindset and behavioural changes, studied trend in non adherence to safety rules and developed mini training packages to be used during safety meetings. Conducted surveys and studies and gave recommendations for improvement.
